Picture Perfect ~ Communication

The painting above was awarded a Certificate of Merit in the Junior Art and Craft and School Section at the Royal Adelaide Show 2008.

I do not know the child artists, however I think it refers to The Indigenous Australian People's Wonderful Ability to tell stories of their ancestors and the creation of earth's beginning. The practice of Songlines is part of the Dreamtime. Songlines representing Communication through out the tribes, serving as an intricate series of song cycles that identify landmarks and navigation.
