Ive gone blind looking at the right foreground but i cant see anything lol Either my I am tired and eyes are blurry, or your photo is playing tricks on me lolGreat shot, I can't get my pc to read the camera's SD card, this laptop has no editing program, so my idea of a summertime photo will wait til next time
Thanks for the visit Lyn. I understand how you must be feeling. If you look between the rocks you can see legs sticking up behind the large rocks. I did not realise that I had captured someone standing upside down until I loaded this photo onto my pc and looked at it actual size.Maybe he/she was doing some yoga on the beach this day.If you have a saved photo you can edit it in a couple of online programs.picmonkey is one and photobucket is another. http://www.picmonkey.com/or http://photobucket.com/
Utterly lovely photo. Beautiful quote. Thanks for your delighted and appreciative comment, dear.http://andrewhanson.multiply.com/journal/item/211/IAW-CLXIII-Its-Summer
I see a person doing summer hot yoga there. :) The editing made this photo soothing and refreshing.
That is funny Milli!
I can see something that looks like the head of a big bird - but after reading further it seems like it is human material - great picture and words, exactly what my cats said, They shed their tensions (although Nera did hiss at me today), they shed their clothes - cat hairs all over the place, and they get drunk with knowing that all is right with the world and the mice are thriving.
Sophie I like the way you see my photo lol.
I thought so too Ren. LOL. Thanks for the visit.
LOL great reply here Pat. Oh those felines of yours. I Think they are part human.Thanks.
I really like this photo. Such an amazing shot.http://whisperingcorridor.multiply.com/journal/item/76/Beating-the-heat-_Images-Words-163-Its-summertime-
Wonderful shot Milli !!! I looked and could see what you were referring to, although I couldn't make out what it was at first. For a moment I thought it was an ostrich!! But then I thought that highly unlikely!! LOL.. That's when I read some of the other comments and found out what it really was!!! LOL.http://mitchylr.multiply.com/journal/item/483/Images-Words-163-ITS-SUMMERTIME
A wonderful day it must have been, Millie. I think that from time to time, it's quite healthy to relax and enjoy that things are OK. We can't save the whole world anyhow.Ty for your nice words to mine, much appreciated!http://amalie2.multiply.com/journal/item/476/Images-Words-162-Its-summertime
I see something like a duck :-)) I guess I need to change my glasses. Thank you Milli for this little test .http://ummancan.multiply.com/journal/item/494/IMAGES-WORDS-week-163-ITS-SUMMERTIME-
I can see legs...perhaps someone physically exercizing.... awesome shot, Milli! Love the emerald green of th ocean by the shore and then the blue farther distant,,,
If you saw someone standing upside down, you must have been looking at an American.
Must have been an American!
Thanks Nik I appreciate your liking here.
LOL then you can imagine how I giggled when I realised that I had captured more than a beautiful day on the Gold Coast.
I think Summer time gives us that opportunity Amalie. We can not save else other than our own sanity but when we all practice that individually then as a whole we might have a sensible society who can achieve amazing things..together. Thanks Amalie.
LOL @ duck..I don't think that you were alone Fatos.
When I came across this beautiful beach on a warm summers day Belita it was exactly those colours that first caught my eye. It was a stunning view. Thank You.
ROFLOL Mrwhatzit, do you think he was slightly confused as to which way to view this beautiful beach scene too?
Beautiful photo and i see what you saw. LOL
Sometimes Americans have a hard time adapting to change. To him, he was still right-side up.
I had assumed of course that either the emerald or the blue had been photoshopped in. So those were the actual, real-life colors as you came upon them, Milli? If so, that's amazing .....never seen anything like it... (Either way it's a beautiful photo.)ps - I too thought that was a duck. Even using a magnifying glass it's hard to tell exactly; perhaps my monitor isn't large enough, or the pixels aren't small enough. But I think you're right; it does appear to be someone trying to get into a yoga position, or else a contortionist.
In the original it was easily seen to be a person doing some kind of handstand. The photo was decreased in size for posting here.Yes these are the beautiful waters of the Queensland Gold Coast on a beautiful day.Although I have edited for this Images and Words post the photo is very beautiful in it's original form. Thanks so much for your visits and comments. It is good to have you give me your opinions on the posts funny as well as serious.
First of all: a wonderful place, marvellous colours, a beautiful picture!2 nd point: I thought it was some bird and it took me some time to "see" legs :) when I understood those legs could be apart I saw them!3rd point: A nice quotation and I think it's true... life always seems lighter, carefree when the weather is nice. And finally: Thanks a lot for your kind comment on mine.
It is gorgeous Milli! I admit I had to cheat & read what you wrote to see it! LOL I think this would make a beautiful Theme pic!
I can't quite make it out. My guess is a seal...or a kangaroo that likes to swim. Great photo...though for you it is winter that looms...http://brycecoddnormal.multiply.com/journal/item/58/Images-Words-163-Its-Summertime
lol...I was looking at the wrong thing. What looks like a seal to me must just be rocks...I see what you mean. I would not have noticed that either.
oh milli I love this kind of shot and the legs are cool great place for a tan I love your shots they are always so wonderful thanks for them and for helping me with all this :)
Another masterpiece, Milli! you work never ceases to amaze me! Absolutely gorgeous colors, and I love the softness around the edges...makes it look dreamy!"jeweled balm for the battered spirit" would make a great title for this photo! Images & Words Week # 163 ~ It's Summertime
