Picture Perfect ~ Cold

Imagine ~

Winter on a farm up in the hills, cold, damp underfoot, patches of sun as the cold wind drives the rain bearing clouds across the sky. These ominous rain clouds moving quickly towards the veranda from the south west as the air becomes stinging-ly cold.

If you can Imagine, then you will know how a Cold Winter's Day Feels in My Surrounding District. No snow but sometimes ice we feel the cold creeping up about April from the South Pole. Antarctica is not really that far away from Southern Australia.

The Photo I have Chosen for Picture Perfect depicts my description perfectly as I was photographing around a very old property last winter the cold chill in the air and the rain heading toward me sent me to this old homesteads veranda for shelter.

Presenting ~ Winters View ~

  8. Hi Kitty they are rain drops on the leaves from an earlier rain. Thank you. Just one other thing you will might also notice the starkness of the poplars which line the drive way. They lose all of their leaves in winter.
