Picture Perfect: I Spy Pillows

Driving down a country road

I spied a fancy new abode

It was open, for all to see

That was good enough for me

The hostess courteous and kind as well

Welcomed me in to sit a spell

After a nice pot of tea

She said "Would you like to see the B and B?"

I jumped at the opportunity

And what did I spy with my little eye

Perched up in the pitched roof so high

Plump Puffy Pillows on a bed so neat

And a view of the vines, Wow! what a treat!

Take the PP Tour from here.

Ps. I bet you thought I would say Posts LOL

  18. Fantastic shot...just love it. What is outside the window I wonder? Ah, paybacks...he is now 27 and 6 and a half feet tall, and I'm 5 feet tall, so he'll probably in time just plop his hand on my head and laugh...thanks for stopping by and sharing a peek...hugs. Cute poem, too.

  19. Hi Crystal the view is of the grape vines in their neat rows and completely pruned for winter. We are in winter here now and that view will change over the four seasons we have here in South Australia.

  22. I thought I'd already commented when I peeped in earlier, but I guess not...

What an eye for drama you've got! As much as I appreciate a beautifully-made bed, I'd appreciate waking to that view so much more! I bet there's a veranda to die for just under that window. Really beautiful shot Milli!

  37. Thank you.
The picture is perfect and I can see the reason that caused me to think otherwise now it is bigger.
Your parallels are perfect as are your uprights equally spaced around the centre line of the window so what's wrong.
The Ploughman has got a wonky eye, his furrows are not at right angles to the field or the window.
    Sorry, my apologies.
