Something For You To Try. No Not About Multiply. About Lemons LOL.

 DON'T WASTE THAT LEMON PEEL
Many professionals in restaurants and eateries are using or consuming the entire lemon and nothing is wasted. How can you use the whole lemon without waste?
Simple..place the lemon in the freezer section of your refrigerator.
Once the lemon is frozen, get your grater, and shred the whole lemon (no need to peel it) and sprinkle it on top of your foods.
Sprinkle it to your whiskey, wine, vegetable salad, ice cream, soup, noodles, spaghetti sauce, rice, sushi, fish dishes.
All of the foods will unexpectedly have a wonderful taste, something that you may have never tasted before. Most likely, you only think of lemon  juice and vitamin C. Not anymore. Now that you've learned this lemon secret,  you can use lemon even in instant cup noodles.
What's the major advantage of using the whole lemon other than preventing waste and adding new taste to your dishes?
Well, you see lemon peels contain as much as 5 to 10 times more vitamins than the lemon juice itself. And yes, that's what you've been wasting.
But from now on, by following this simple procedure of freezing the whole lemon, then grating it on top of your dishes, you can consume all of those nutrients and get even healthier.
It's also good that lemon peels are health rejuvenators in eradicating toxic elements in the body.
So place your lemon in your freezer, and then grate it on your meal every day. It is a key to make your foods tastier and you get to live healthier and longer!  That's the lemon secret! Better late than NEVER!

Enjoy Your Lemon and here is another little interesting fact..

Even though it tastes bitter, lemon juice has a powerful alkaline effect in the body and is therefore a natural agent against excess acid, which is in part responsible for rheumatism. Drink the freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon in a glass of lukewarm water 3 times a day and if you experience severe pain add the juice of 2 lemons 3 times a day.
Lemon oil has pain-relieving qualities, so to inhibit inflammation and ease pain, massage the affected area daily with several drops of lemon oil mixed with 1 tablespoon (15ml) jojoba oil.

  3. Interesting, although I'd take the claims about it's cancer curative properties with a pinch of salt without anything to back up the claim.

  4. There is apparently back up documentation mentioned in the original email however Mitch but I could not find a reliable source so did not include it here.

  5. Hmm, facinating. I'm going to try it. Anything containing powerful antioxidants also has anti-cancer properties, but I'm going to try it for the flavor!

  8. Interesting and funny too, as I keep my lemons in freezer and use all of it. *smile* started as my little lemon tree produce so little and I looooove hot water just with lemon early in the morning before any food and my lemons would dry out quicker than I could use them in summer. LOL

  15. Another lemon trick (which everyone probably already knows): to get the most juice out of a lemon....before squeezing it, immerse it for a while in hot water. Guaranteed to work. (Not by me. Well, ok, I'll guantee it for 150 bucks, I need the money.)

  16. ROFLOL..you are selling yourself short.
I did know that little trick and also if you want another hint from me...free of course...
    Try this...
To remove odors from garbage disposals, you can drop in leftover lemon peels (make sure the pieces are small or they will get caught). Rub lemon juice into cutting boards that have retained strong odors or stains, and clean with soap and water. For the fridge, pour some lemon juice on a sponge or cloth and place it in the fridge until the smell goes away.
    or this...
Lemon can disinfect germy hands. So skip the hand sanitizer, and grab the nearest lemon.

  17. You can also forcefully roll it on the counter prior to squeezing. That is, if you're simply searching for the juice. But I just got my Nutribullet so I'm gonna look in their 'recipe' book and see what they have for ideas. Love zest btw.
