Truly beautiful and, at the same time, deeply stirring.Your beautiful red roses in the challenge prompt are gorgeous! A delightful surprise, for one would not expect to see roses blooming in the countryside. Spectacular!

a fabulous image and words to live bya very special tribute
I came here from Heidi's page, this is beautifully created...overlapping colours or images...both dramatic. I never could have responded...I'd not have known how. Too many lives sacrificed for no valid reason. It's difficult for me to focus on one!I hope I'll be around for a few more months to read (& respond when I can) to all the blogs of my friends. Good Karma be with you.
What a great photo, Milli, and what a lovely monument!
