Mystic
There is much history associated with the area where my photo was taken.
Not only history but Myth as well.
So this very beautiful stretch of coast line voted as one of the top 20 beautiful beaches across the globe, guarantees the visitor a glimpse of Mystery, History and Mystic Beauty.
See my previous post for another photo taken nearby which I feel also has a Mystic quality.
Yes Heather I have smelt the sea and felt the sky.
Thank You.
I found some beautiful music to accompany my photo. Enjoy it if you wish.

I have never been to Australia but the photos I've seen from there make your country look very intriguing.
We get lots of visitors from there to Canada.
Thanx for your visit !
The remnants of the pier suggest something mystical indeed, another time and place ... beautifully framed by the sun and the water ...
ReplyDeleteThanks for your visit and your kind comment ...
this is a wonderful sunset image, Milli! the colors of the sunset speak for themselves, and I love the way the light reflects along part of the water's edge and sets it off from the dark shore. beautiful job :-)
ReplyDeleteYour photo is amazing! Almost a stonehenge within the sea. I love Vangelis, the music for 1492 is magic!!!

simply beautiful! Reminds me of a place off the Texas coast I went a few years ago after Hurricane Ike. Even thru the devastation, the beauty of the Gulf waters and the decaying piers just made it a magical place to me. Thanks for sharing yours with us. I'll get one up.. eventually. :)
ReplyDeleteI love the foreground drawing the eye to travel to the point of interest.
ReplyDeleteYou have an infinity to the sea that compels us all to contemplate our belonging.
