Out of many, I have narrowed my choices down to these three photos taken over the last month.
The first photo is of sunrise over the fields looking into the distance towards the Wheat Silos on the West Coast.
This second photo was taken on a beach walk with friends. Both relaxing and enjoyable from my personal happy snaps.
The third is of a gum tree lined driveway or lane if you like, taken on another early morning and one I loved the moment that I saw it.
Wonderful pics!
ReplyDeletevery beautiful.. I love the last one best. Although the first makes me feel wow and the second feels good because I crave sunshine :P.. Ah what the heck, I like ALL
ReplyDeleteThanks Anders.
ReplyDeleteI am same as you Rashmi.. the last one gets to me..thank You..
ReplyDeleteAll wonderful photos!...I really like the last with the lane and gum trees...great DOF and perspective....also think the cool wooden looking frame sets it off nicely!
ReplyDeleteI am with Geo on this too - just love it - one out of the box!! You manage to do that often! Has the sand been washed away in heavy seas?? I like this perspective!
ReplyDeleteGreat choices Milli, those are some mighty gumtrees and those steps going down to the beach is such a good angle shot.
ReplyDeleteAwesome shots Milli I am with G and Keith ... Love those gum trees...Thanks for posting them for us all to enjoy !!!!
ReplyDeleteAll very nice. I have never thought about favorites of mine.
ReplyDeleteIndifferent choice of words are written here.
ReplyDeleteOutstanding perfection of the highest standard in each and every picture I would say.
The Beach pic really defines your skills where you mix space lines and subject matter but manage to keep interest in each small part.
These are perfect by any measure and an objective for us all to emulate.
No no no, I am not favouring you.
You are fantastic.
Oh Wow..........this one got my AAA vote.....I can feel the acrid dry heat easing out the Eucalyptus oils to dance and shimmer in the suns haze/mirage
ReplyDeleteVery nice photos
ReplyDeleteGreat pics!
ReplyDeleteI didn't take part in this, as (unusually for me) I hardly took any photos during October. I liked all of your shots, but the avenue of gum trees is the one that really caught my eye. I love the contrast between the individual 'gnarlyness' of each tree against the overall symmetry of the shot.
ReplyDeleteThanks Anders...
ReplyDeleteI have a passion for that particular Picnic Frame Geo and I wish to thank you for your excellent comment.
ReplyDeleteThe beach is a part of a reef so it is very rocky Keith along further there is a great expanse of white sand..thank you for your wonderful comments always.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy taking angle shots and walk at the back of the group for that reason LOL...the trees had my attention from the moment I saw them, quite an amazing old strand they are.
ReplyDeleteThanks Joel so very much and you have a great eye there too.
ReplyDeleteThanks Lynda and I am sure that you could find some favs there from your collections.
ReplyDeleteAh Bill my favourite fan..You my dear make my day...days. xo
ReplyDeleteSuch a descriptive comment from a writer who surely understands....Thanks so much Christene.
ReplyDeleteAlways welcome my dear friend Mamoon...
ReplyDeleteI am sure there were other things paramount on your agenda Mitch..and one more thing that I loved and not sure if anyone else is noting it, but that colour on the wheat fields either side is from the rising sun as it peeked through the clouds..gav such a warmth to the whole scene. Thank You...
ReplyDeleteI love the first photo, the gentleness of the colours as the sun comes up. What a lovely way to start the day! And the avenue... wonderful! I'd run out of memory by the time I got from one end to the other, hehehe. :)
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos, but I love the lane shot, it's so cool.
