We have lot's of fun on multiply and plenty of socialising as well. I have such a chuckle at the Pet Names we often call each other, that come up on posts and in comments too.
So Today I found a particular song and am dedicating it to Rita and of course Peter or Mister Ifiik if you know him better by that name.
I found the older original version by Jackie Wilson and the one I particularly love is by a New Zealand girl Dinah Lee who came to live and work in Australia, just like our Kiwi mate Ifii also did. Here in Aus. Dinah with her husky voice, made this song a classic yet again.
So every time you read a comment in Pete's Picks or on Rita's or Mister Ifiik's sites you too will have this song reverberating in your head and understand the significance of the words and title so sweetly bestowed upon Rita by Peter..
Presenting Reet Petite by Jackie Wilson a classic from 1957 and The Dinah Lee version another classic but this time sung about a guy.
