Today's Walk

Photobucket

After a blustery night, the sun shone brightly today and even though we had a slight breeze, the sky was blue and The feeling of spring being just around the corner gave me an inner warmth and the urge to walk with my camera.

Accompanying me was my eighty one year old mother on her motorised scooter. She also felt the urge to view the seaside and smell the salt air. A lovely walk in the sun ensued and so did  lunch under the seaside gazebo placed atop the high cliff next to the stairs leading down to the beach.

I will treasure this walk and I know that my mother also enjoyed our chats and enjoyed watching me and my efforts to take some beautiful photos. This one above is a favourite from today and I hope that you like it too!

  4. A gentile daughter named Daisy looked out over the sea but her view was marred by a Mother-in -Law's Tongue.
Along came Milli and made a nice photograph where with the sky in view the Tongues turned and looked.
The tongues are no longer to be seen at this location as only Milli has the eye to see them.
A background put into focus by the foreground.
    That's a first.

  7. I can understand why both of you would want to be out at the shore on such a beautiful day and to be together. You couldn't ask for more.
