Simply Love

Simply Love

I love you and your dreamy gaze

I love your look and special ways

That delightful laugh and cheeky smile

And just to see you again, I will run a mile

How did I become so utterly besotted

My stomach churns and becomes all knotted

As I am captured by your boyish charms

And I cherish special moments, cradling you in my arms

Do other Grandparents feel the same way as me too

I think yes, with gorgeous grand children around, just like you!

I made this collage tonight in fireworks and it is my first try.

    A wonderful poem and what lucky children they are.
    The adventures they have with you and time spent making things with you must a blessing.
    But of over everything you are to them is the fact the have YOU.
