Many of you would have heard the story of Christian the Lion as it has been shown frequently on Television around here lately. When I was told of the story a friend sent me the link to You Tube so that I could view the footage of this fully grown male lion embracing the two young men who looked after him as a cub. Christian was raised in England and then one year prior to meeting his long lost friends again' he was taken to Africa for integration back into the wild.
It is a heart warming story and many of those who first saw the footage told me that they shed a tear because the love between man and beast was so very evident.
I am leaving the video here of Christian and his two friends.
You might like to read little more about this wonderful lion here and also more about
This video below is one that I found after viewing The Christian story it is showing a baby gorilla and a leopard with the leopard certainly showing love for this tiny baby gorilla. At the end look at the leopards paw' as this powerful beast supports, the little gorilla's bottom to stop it sliding off the branch.
Delightful viewing of natures best.
