PP: Hobby

This week on Picture Perfect the theme is: Hobby.

The shared photo above is out of focus. Taken with my old Ricoh Camera, circa 2001, which was you beaut and expensive at the time compared to the cameras of today. Taking digital photos, uploading them with slow connections and everything else  frustrating that went along with this hobby, in what seems more like the dinosaur days of digital photography compared with today, became such a creative hobby for me that I look back at my humble beginnings and smile. It was the start of my adventure and one that I am still continuing to craft daily.

The photo above shows more than one of my hobbies.

The flowers indicate my desire to plant a beautiful garden although this last summer has seen the downside of gardening.

I am also a collector of beautiful vases the one in the photograph is crystal and very elegant.

I love music and if you look towards the back of the photo you will see some of my Cd's. On the top of the little shelf is a small smurf and I have a few of those around too.

Above.. another hobby is decoupage.

To top it off this photo represents one of my very favourite past times and that is photography.

I have many more activities that I love to do and over time I have collected stamps, a few paintings and generally tried my hand at many crafts.

An update to Hobbies.

These days photography, gardening and making Images and Words have become my pleasant and creative hobbies amongst Travelling and the others listed above.
