Picture Perfect: Safe.

This Weeks Picture Perfect is to find a photo that depicts the word safe.

This Great Photo was taken on Fraser Island off Far North Queensland.

The Cage is supplied to keep the Tourists SAFE from the Wild Species that live on this National Park Island...Or is that this cage is to keep the Animals and the Island SAFE from Visiting Tourists?

The truth of the matter is this, these cages are for storage of rubbish etc left by tourists so as not to endanger the environment of the Island nor the Creatures that inhabit it. They are also there to keep SAFE the belongings of tourists who might wish to go for a wander and need to leave their stores safely locked away from the local wild life. So you see these are Cages used for the Safe Storage of various goods.

The photo above is part of my Son's and his Partner's travel album from their trip up to

Cape York.

Now I am breaking the rules of PP here as I add another photo taken by Naomi.

This superb shot was taken on her Canon EOS 300 digital camera and gives you an idea of the local inhabitant who loves to forage.

To keep Safe has many variations and To keep our National Parks and wild life Safe is a priority.

Picture Perfect Tour Starts Here.

now this picture of your participation is wonderful this is what is the repeat of our doing.

we have caged them in the zoo hitherto and thanks to the wildlife awareness, they are in natural habitat and we get our self caged to see them for safety. lovely vice-versa, turn of event and following a full circle.

my grandpa (mom's mom) used to say the prisoner always thought that the world was in prison as good as a mad man never considered him such but the world as mad.

    good one

  8. now THAT's what I like, and that is the way it should be.......... lock up the tourists, and leave the animals to roam free...... I wish all countries would adopt this kind of idea.

  10. That is a very interesting take on the theme, as well as a way of viewing wildlife. I have never seen anything that caged the people and left the animals roams. Here in the zoos, the animals are caged and we peer at them. Quite the reverse role here...giggles!
