It has been a grand last quarter of this year when I started to really switch on to 360 blogging. August the 7th was my initial step into posting a Milli blog.
It was as it usually is, when you try something so totally alien to yourself such as blogging a learning curve of the most public kind.
At first as I typed away on my keyboard, those few but such valuable and special friends who followed me from my yahoo messenger became my sounding board.
Always positive and supportive they kept me excited and on track.
I would wonder about the other 360 pages and marvel at the quality of the posts and the comments given in response.
I started to get my courage up and leave smiles or little comments on the pages I had visited and I was so totally surprised when I would come back into my little 360 page and there would be a lovely comment from those same people in my comments section. Even though this was only months ago it at times, feels like I have been here forever.
I would travel the yahoo 360 recommendations with excitement because I knew there were others here who would support worthy posts as they had been writing these themselves. It was with this in mind that I gingerly launched the Uni-Verse.. At first is was to the very first supportive friends I had with me here and I am so pleased to say, that they did write for that first instalment and the Uni-Verse or as it was called then Universal Verse, was placed into action.
Born out of the thought, that unity in the form of word, could gather together many voices from across the Globe and form something quite remarkable.
The original concept actually sat dormant for many weeks as I tried to promote it to my new friends, whom by this time had increased quite rapidly. It was at this time I relaunched the theme and renamed it courtesy of the remarkable Sankaran.
So many wonderful contributions then poured forth from afar with talent so worthy and special that I knew this was a very blessed and worthwhile venture to continue with.
Today the Uni-Verse sits as a stand alone with the Heading: I STAND ALONE IN YAHOO 360 WAITING FOR THE UNI-VERSE TO SPREAD AND EXPAND IN TIME AND SPACE! Feel free to add your contribution anytime.
The original Uni-Verse containing 16 verses and writings, sits in the 360 time capsule, unfortunately fragmented, but still there and representing the wonderful 360 community participants who contributed their talents. To add to the nostalgia Marilyn so wonderfully constructed a beautiful montage of some of the contributors to the Verse and some of my 360 friends. Her time and effort will always be appreciated as that too was included into the time capsule.
I wish to thank everyone who has contributed, and I will list them in order of their contribution as they are placed in this unifying verse, or tribal beat as it has been termed by some.
I am a Collection of Verses, Sonnets, Haiku , Words and Pictures.
My aim is unity in the form of Word Art and I will remain in time and space with the sole intention for those of you new to my theme, to encourage you to contribute to me until I have been around the world and touched as many different cultures and societies through individual expression that I can. My theme is universal and of peaceful intent.
